An explosion at an aluminum factory in Maharashtra killed five, with two dying in the hospital and three missing persons confirmed dead.

Five people were killed in an explosion at an Aluminium Foil Factory in Umrer town of Nagpur district in Maharashtra, said officials on Saturday.

Harsh Poddar, Superintendent of Police, Nagpur Rural said that two people succumbed to their injuries while undergoing treatment in the hospital while the death of three missing persons has been confirmed.
