Heavy rainfall was reported across Shimla, Mandi, Kangra, Chamba, Sirmaur, Solan, Una, Bilaspur, and Hamirpur. With Kol Dam, Larji Dam, and Nathpa Dam releasing water, river levels have risen sharply.
