‘Will Win Under Samrat Choudhary’: Haryana CM’s Early Remark For Bihar Assembly Sparks Row
Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini sparked debate by saying the BJP will contest the Bihar elections under Deputy CM Samrat Chaudhary’s leadership.

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has created a political stir in Bihar after he stated that the next election in Bihar will be fought under the leadership of Deputy Chief Minister and BJP leader Samrat Chaudhary.
When CM Nayab Singh Saini spoke to the press in Delhi, leaders like the BJP bigwigs, including Samrat Chaudhary and BJP Rajya Sabha MP Upendra Kushwaha, were present.
In the statement, he said, “We will win the Bihar elections under the leadership of Samrat Choudhary”, according to NDTV.
Assembly elections are scheduled to take place in Bihar around September-October this year. So far, neither of the two major NDA parties—BJP and JD(U)—has made an official announcement regarding the chief ministerial candidate.
However, several NDA leaders in Bihar have repeatedly affirmed that the upcoming assembly elections will be contested under the leadership of Nitish Kumar.

Although some NDA leaders mention Nitish Kumar as the face of the alliance, they have said that the final decision on who will become the Chief Minister will be taken after the assembly election results. However, Haryana CM has now made a clear and bold statement, asserting that the BJP will contest the upcoming Bihar elections under the leadership of Samrat Chaudhary.
Even though the Bihar assembly elections are scheduled for the second half of this year, the political atmosphere has already heated up. Following the recent controversy over the Waqf Act, several prominent Muslim leaders from the JDU left the party.
The opposition is seizing the moment and claimed that Nitish Kumar’s traditional vote bank is now fractured and has predicted that the Grand Alliance will form the next government in Bihar.
