A shocking incident took place in Warasiguda, Secunderabad, where GHMC Joint Commissioner Janakiram was caught red-handed by his wife, Kalyani, and her relatives while he was with another woman. The situation turned violent as the officer was beaten up by his wife and her family members. The woman with him was also attacked, and her gold ornaments were snatched away.

Janakiram, who is a senior official in GHMC Admin, had reportedly been staying with the woman in a separate house. His wife, suspicious of his absence from home, tracked his movements and, along with her relatives, raided the house on Friday morning. Upon seeing them, Janakiram stepped out and tried to talk to his wife, but he locked the door from outside to prevent the woman inside from coming out. His wife protested, saying, "Aren't you ashamed to do such a thing?" However, Janakiram spoke angrily, telling her to listen to him. This led to a heated argument, and the relatives attacked him.

According to sources, the woman inside was terrified and locked herself in the bathroom. Kalyani and the other women forcefully brought her out. She was crying, but Kalyani slapped her, saying, "Why did you ruin my life?" The relatives also took away her jewelry before handing both Janakiram and the woman over to the local police.
Eyewitnesses reported that Janakiram had been staying with the woman for the past few days. His wife claimed that he had a history of extramarital affairs and had been confronted before for inappropriate relationships with women at his workplace.

The entire incident was caught on camera and has since gone viral on social media, sparking widespread public outrage. The Warasiguda police arrived at the scene and took both individuals to the police station for questioning. An investigation is currently underway. q
