A case of a young man being shot dead in broad daylight has come to light from the Nawada district of Bihar. The murder occurred in the Naveen Nagar area on Friday. On receiving information about the incident, the DSP and the police station in-charge of the area reached the spot and launched an investigation into the matter. The deceased, identified as Birendra Singh, was a resident of Ataua village.

The police are investigating the reasons behind the murder. Several teams have also been formed to arrest the accused. The incident has spread panic in the area and locals are outraged by the incident. According to the residents of the area, crime is increasing in the area and the administration must take steps to curb it. The police said that the case will be solved soon.

Girl's Father Shoots Her

Earlier in October, a case of a girl being shot dead in Nawada had come to light. A girl from Begusarai was allegedly murdered by her father due to a love affair. The incident took place on October 28, when Manoj Yadav, a resident of Bachhwara in Begusarai, had gone to Kodarma College with his daughter to get her admitted to a course in Diploma in Elementary Education. While returning, Manoj Yadav shot his daughter, Aarti, dead near the Parvati mountain in the Shahpur area of Nawada.

After this, the accused Manoj Yadav told the police that unknown people had fired at their car. Aarti was shot during this. He also mentioned two young men in the murder. However, Manoj's lie was caught on the basis of CCTV footage, post-mortem report and other evidence. Later, the police arrested the accused.
