Pushpa Devi's son-in-law Dinesh told the news agency that the wolf entered the house as one of the children might have opened the door.

Earlier on Wednesday, two more children were attacked by the wolf in Bahraich. The children, both 11, were sleeping when they were attacked, according to a report by India Today

Meanwhile, the Uttar Pradesh forest department, under 'Operation Bhediya',  has captured five out of the pack of six wolves who terrorised the residents in Bahraich. As per officials, a lone male wolf is left to be captured in the region. The forest department has formed several teams to patrol the areas at night.
