Patanjali Says Its Rose Sharbat Challenges Artificial And Sugary Drinks

Patanjali claims that this sharbat is not only delicious and refreshing, but also based on the principles of Ayurveda.

Yoga guru Baba Ramdev's company, Patanjali, is positioning its rose sharbat as a competitor to traditional drinks that are high in artificial colours, preservatives, and sugar. The company claims that this sharbat is not only delicious and refreshing, but also based on the principles of Ayurveda. Patanjali's goal is to encourage people to stay away from harmful caffeine, soda, and water-based beverages and adopt natural, healthy alternatives.

The company states, "Patanjali’s vision is not just to sell products. The company aims to support the underprivileged sections of society, especially the poor and tribal communities. To this end, Patanjali is also working in the field of education." The company believes that a healthy body and an educated mind are what make a nation strong. A portion of the income generated from products like rose sharbat is used for such social causes.

What's Special About The Rose Sharbat

Talking about its rose sharbat, the company said, "What makes it special is that it is made entirely from natural ingredients. It contains extracts of rose petals, which not only enhance the flavour but also provide cooling and freshness to the body. This sharbat is especially popular during summer as it quenches thirst and is also beneficial for health." Patanjali emphasises that its products bring the age-old traditions of Ayurveda to people in a modern form.

Regarding national service, the company said its mission is to make Ayurveda accessible to every Indian, so that no one falls prey to unhealthy beverages. "The company's initiatives aimed at educating underprivileged children and uplifting tribal communities are contributing to the nation's development. In this way, Patanjali’s rose sharbat is not just a beverage, but part of a larger social mission," it added.
