Gautam Adani Leaves Behind Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos To Become Top Gainer of 2021; Check His Net Worth
Gautam Adani’s net worth, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, has jumped $16.2 billion in 2021 to $50 billion.
Business tycoon Gautam Adani, who is the chairman and founder of the Adani Group, has overtaken Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos and Tesla Motors CEO Elon Musk to become the year’s biggest wealth gainer.
With a fortune of $50 billion, ranked 26th on Bloomberg Billionaires list, Adani has added $16.2 billion to his wealth in 2021, more than the world's richest Jeff Bezos, second richest Musk, or Asia's richest Mukesh Ambani.

Confirmed the same, Bloomberg posted on Twitter “Indian tycoon Gautam Adani has added more billions to his wealth than anyone else in the world this year”.

Even after adding $3 billion on Thursday, Bezos is $7.59 billion poorer since the beginning of the year with a net worth of $183 billion. Elon Musk has added $10.3 billion in 2021 so far to take his personal wealth to $80 billion or $3 billion less than Bezos.
Asia's most prosperous and chairman of Reliance Industries, Mukesh Ambani, has added $8 billion, or almost half of the wealth added by Adani, to become the world's 10th wealthiest with a net worth of $84.8 billion.
Google co-founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin rank second and third, respectively, after Gautam Adani, in terms of adding wealth in 2021. Page added $14.3 billion to take his fortune to $96.8 billion, while Brin added $13.8 billion to bring his net worth to $93.6 billion.

The six listed Adani Group companies have a combined market capitalization of Rs 6,23,246 crore as of Friday and shares of all Adani firms except one have rallied over 50% this year.
