There is a new grille, new headlamps and new alloys along with connected LED lighting. This makes the XUV 3XO more appealing with a fresh new look

Mahindra will soon launch its new sub 4m compact SUV, the XUV 3XO in India and this is a facelift of the XUV300 but a comprehensive one at that. Styling wise, there would be significant revisions to the looks of the SUV with more in sync with the latest Mahindra SUV design language as well.

There is a new grille, new headlamps and new alloys along with connected LED lighting. This makes the XUV 3XO more appealing with a fresh new look. The other changes include bigger ones seen with the XUV400 also.

This includes a floating 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system along with a new instrument cluster as well. The new touchscreen is similar to the one on the XUV400 EV as well. There are also new AC vents and a new centre console too. Features are very important and here, over the XUV300, the 3XO gets more tech.

There is the dual zone climate control but with smartphone connect you can remotely control the AC function of the 3XO too, which helps to precool the car in summers. For this, there is the new AdrenoX app. There are other remote functions too and more connected car tech features.

However, one of the big talking points includes the inclusion of a panoramic sunroof as that is a big highlight too for being the first SUV in its class to have this feature. There are other new features as well.

In terms of the dynamics, the XUV 3XO gets the same set of engines including a more powerful turbo petrol but the change would be a new torque converter automatic gearbox. The other manual and AMT options will remain. Hence, the XUV 3XO gets more features and a stronger arsenal to take on its rivals.
