The base variant is the one that grabs the headlines with its price but most likely is too poorly equipped to buy. However, the Thar Roxx even in the base variant has a decent set of features for its 12.99 lakh price.

The MX1 at Rs 12.99 lakh starting is available in a lower state of tune with the 2.2l diesel developing 152bhp and the 2.0l petrol having 162bhp. Let us talk about features and here the MX1 gets features like 18-inch steel wheels, LED lighting, steering controls, 4 speakers, 10.25-inch touchscreen, push button start, rear ac vents, rear USB C port, 6 airbags, ESC.

The MX3 at Rs 14.99 lakh starting gets further features like cruise control, rear armrest, HD touchscreen, wireless charging, wireless Android Auto, rear camera, terrain modes and drive modes.

The MX5 at Rs 16.49 lakh starting meanwhile adds in LED DRLs, 18-inch alloys, single pane sunroof, ambient lighting, auto headlamps, TPMS, tweeters.

The AX3L at Rs 16.99 lakh adds in features like a 10.25-inch digital display, ADAS, climate control, wireless CarPlay, electric parking brake.

The AX5L variant priced at Rs 18.99 lakh for the auto has 'Smart Crawl' off-road cruise control system and 'Intelliturn'.

The AX7L at also Rs 18.99 lakh for the manual is the top-end which gets additional goodies like 360 degree camera, blind view monitor, 9-speaker Harman Kardon audio system, cooled seats, 19-inch alloys, panoramic sunroof, powered driver seat, cooled glovebox.
