Jeep Compass Gets More Features Via The Compass Sandstorm Edition

This is the new Sandstorm edition of the Jeep Compass which comes with more accessories and features. This is a limited edition based on the Sports, Longitude, and Longitude (O) variants. The major changes include in the equipment department which includes Sandstorm-themed decals, seat covers, programmable ambient lighting, front and rear dash cams plus a lot more.

Visually, there are Sandstorm-themed decals on the hood and sides while there is a special badge inside as well which signifies this. The Jeep Compass Sandstorm Edition comes at an extra package of INR 49,999.

The decal is quite an interesting design which occupies a large part of the bonnet while the interior changes add to the different look. There are no mechanical changes to the Compass and it continues with the same diesel engine as before with manual as well as automatic options.

The Compass Sports trim meanwhile has a smaller touchscreen over the next variant but this package adds some features into the mix as well which makes it more value for money. The Compass is a 5-seater premium SUV and competes with a range of SUVs in the premium 4m plus segment including the Mahindra XUV700 and other 5-seater SUVs.

The current generation Jeep Compass in India starts from Rs under Rs 19 lakh while crossing 30 lakh for the top-end trim. The Jeep India range also includes the likes of the larger three row Meridian and more premium SUVs.
