Hero Karizma XMR 250 Vs 210: What Are The Changes?

The new XMR 250 will have a 250cc single cylinder engine which would develop 30bhp and 25Nm. With a six-speed gearbox, this is essentially the same unit found on the new Xtreme 250R.

Shown at the EICMA show, Hero is now readying the more potent Karizma XMR 250 for launch in India. Having had recent launches, the new XMR 250 will have a 250cc single cylinder engine which would develop 30bhp and 25Nm.

With a six-speed gearbox, this is essentially the same unit found on the new Xtreme 250R. Design wise, it is quite an aggressive looking design with a split LED headlamp, winglets and more.

The powertrain comes from the new Karizma and it will do 0-60 km/h in 3.25 seconds. The fully faired design is lending it a sporty look while how much it will remain a comfortable bike for daily use remains to be seen.
