Terrifying Video: Elevator Falls At Building As 'Strongest Storm of 2018' Hits Hong Kong
A construction elevator shaft reportedly fell on top of a housing development project building during typhoon Mangkhut on Sunday. Typhoon Mangkhut had slammed into mainland China late Sunday after leaving a trail of destruction in Hong Kong and Macau.
