Terrifying Video: Elevator Falls At Building As 'Strongest Storm of 2018' Hits Hong Kong

A construction elevator shaft reportedly fell on top of a housing development project building during typhoon Mangkhut on Sunday. Typhoon Mangkhut had slammed into mainland China late Sunday after leaving a trail of destruction in Hong Kong and Macau.

It is said that least 59 people were killed in the northern Philippines due to the storm and the world’s biggest storm this year which sent skyscrapers swaying.
