This report caters to those who believe they can destroy and steal public property any time. We have witnessed people spitting on wall paintings, stealing blankets and bed sheets in trains, littering on streets and vandalizing lamp posts and other objects on streets. It is our humble appeal to all those who fail to respect public property and use it recklessly.
