War Update: Strikes, Counterattacks, and Rising Chaos in Middle East War

The Middle East war continues to intensify with devastating strikes and counterattacks across multiple regions. Israel launched heavy airstrikes in southern Beirut, destroying residential areas linked to Hezbollah, though prior warnings helped prevent casualties. In Iran, the research center of Shahid Beheshti University was reduced to rubble, part of a broader wave that has damaged around 30 university buildings and caused multiple civilian casualties. Explosions in Mahshahr’s petrochemical zone killed five and injured over 170 people. Iran retaliated by targeting Israeli industrial sites and claimed to have shot down US drones in Isfahan. Meanwhile, Iran struck the BAPCO refinery in Bahrain, triggering massive fires. Attacks extended to Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates, hitting energy infrastructure and causing blackouts. Iran also claimed to destroy US aircraft and helicopters, while tensions rose along the Lebanon-Syria border amid allegations of arms smuggling.
