Germany: Partial lockdown implemented in 16 states, people stage protest

The German government has implemented partial lockdown in 16 states of the country. During the partial lockdown bars and restaurants will remain closed.
The people in Germany are staging a protest against this decision of the government. 

With the arrival of winter in Europe, the cases of deadly COVID-19 are increasing rapidly in several countries.
