Despite China's intervention, political crisis deepens in Nepal

The internal tussel in Nepal Communist Party or NCP continues to deepen as the two factions led by Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachand seem to be at the loggerhead. The intervention by China to mediate in Nepal's internal matter seems to have further increased the wedge between two leaders with Opposition and some voices in his own party demanding resignation of KP Sharma Oli.
