Tropical cyclone Nicholas to drop over 10 inches of rain, Houston on red alert

Tropical storm Nicholas will spread flooding rains in areas such as Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida. Houston will be hugely impacted. Winds gusts over 50 mph were clocked at Houston.
