Today's cartoon talked about the 'political instability in Uttarakhand' as Bharatiya Janata Party leader Pushkar Singh Dhami will take his oath as the 11th chief minister of Uttarakhand.  He will be the third chief minister of the state in nearly four months. The BJP has placed its bets on Dhami believing that he can appeal to the youth voter as he earlier served as BJP Yuva Morcha chief in the state.
