Tap water in Patna not safe for drinking, BIS to rank state capitals

Ahead of Bureau of Indian Standards ranking to state capitals on water ranking, ABP News conducted a survey in the capitals.
In Bihar capital Patna, residents complain that the tap water is not safe for drinking. They are even facing hair loss and skin irritation because of water. Most of the houses have RO system to get drinking water.
