OMICRON in India | High risk in electoral states; When will EC take decision?

Amidst the scare of Omicron, political parties are conducting rallies for their upcoming elections in 5 states. The central government has imposed restrictions in the states looking forward to the situation of Omicron. The risk is much higher in the states that are conducting the elections early next year.
