Nitish Kumar takes first dose of COVID 19 vaccine in Patna amidst heavy security. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is also celebrating his 70th birthday today. Former Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi also tweeted congratulations to Nitish Kumar.
