NHRC committee submits its WB post-poll violence report | Audio Bulletin

The NHRC committee, which probed the post-poll violence in West Bengal, has submitted its report to the Calcutta High Court. The NHRC committee in its report has said that the investigation of 'heinous crimes like murder and rape' during the violence should be done by the CBI. Also, the committee has said in its recommendation that the trial in these cases should be carried out outside the state.
