As soon as it rains, more than half of Mumbai gets submerged in water. There is so much water all around that it becomes impossible to differentiate between where the road is and where the footpath is. Due to heavy rains on Saturday night, this entire parking lot was turned into a pond and more than 400 vehicles were submerged.
