Mercury falls to minus 31 deg C in Drass belt of Kargil
As cold wave grips North India, Drass and Kargil region of Ladakh have turned out to be the coldest. The temperature in Drass drops down to -31 degree celsius while Kargil experiences temperature of -27 degree celsius. Life has become difficult due to spine shivering cold weather and heavy snowfall.
