Maharashtra heading towards complete lockdown?

According to the information, Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray is in support of a week's lockdown. He had indicated to put a strict lockdown in view of the dreaded situation of the rapid rise of Covid-19 cases. While the Maharashtra government is considering a lockdown, the opposition has started raising questions on not being able to take any decision regarding the lockdown.
