JNU incident: Visually impaired student narrates the horrific night
A divyang student named Surya Prakash, who is visually impaired, spoke to ABP News and narrated the whole incident that happened on Sunday evening. He told a mob entered the hostel at around 4 pm and started vandalizing the hostel property. The mob broke into his room while he was studying and hurled abuses at him, while they also beat him. "I told them I was blind but they didn't listen. They hit me sticks on my back," he recalled.
