Why did Ravi Shankar Prasad laugh and said 'it's PM's privilege' ? | ABP News

In ABP News' show Press Conference, Ravi Shankar Prasad was the special guest. He spoke over the split between JDU and BJP. Prasad also spoke on the possibility of joining hands with Nitish Kumar again or not. 

Speaking on the split, he said that BJP always trusts its allies. He added that in the history of Indian democracy, it would be Nitish Kumar who would be addressed as the one who changed sides to save his chair.
