In the Dalit basti of Sapha Dahaur village of Kushinagar district, 20 people put up posters of 'House for Sale', which has created a stir in the area. The people of the dalit basti allege that in the name of installing a water tank, the village head Mahfouz Khan is harassing them, so they have put up sale notices on their houses. The women of the Dalit basti have accused Mehfooz Khan of bullying as well.
