Why are Coronavirus cases on the rise in Mumbai?

Mumbai alone has more than 14000 cases of Coronavirus where the figures of Maharashtra have touched 23000. But why are the COVID-19 cases increasing in Mumbai? The reason is densely populated and the largest slum of Asia Dharavi. This area has more than 10 lakhs people living in close proximity with each other and hence the spread of the disease is like a wild fire.
