What's wrong in taking oath of martyrs: Gopal Rai

While taking oath as Delhi cabinet minister, Gopal Rai swore upon those who laid down their lives for the country. Rai said that it is the duty of Delhi residents and all the citizens to fulfil the dreams of those who laid down their lives for the nation. All other ministers took oath in the name of God, except for Rai who took oath in the name of martyrs of the Independence struggle.
