Virendra Saxena Raises Questions on AAP Government's Schemes, Registration Process Faces Hurdles

Ahead of the Delhi Assembly elections, AAP convener Arvind Kejriwal launched ambitious schemes, the "Mahila Samman Yojana" and "Sanjeevani Yojana." Under the Mahila Samman Yojana, the government plans to provide Rs 2,100 per month to every woman, while the Sanjeevani Yojana offers free medical treatment for senior citizens aged 60 and above. Registration for both schemes has already begun. However, these schemes have faced scrutiny from Delhi's Women and Child Welfare Department. Virendra Saxena, associated with this department, has raised concerns about issues in the promotional efforts and registration process. He argued that the government needs to ensure transparency and effectiveness in the implementation of these schemes, suggesting that improvements are necessary to avoid complications during registration.
