Vikas Dubey surrendered as per his time and wish: SP | Seedha Sawal

During the debate of Seedha Sawal, Samajwadi Party's spokesperson Rajeev Rai was speaking and he claimed that culprit of Kanpur encounter Vikas Dubey surrendered as per his wish and time. He also said that the place too was decided by him.

On the other hand, Rajiv Tyagi said that the present Uttar Pradesh government has turned the state into 'Apradh Pradesh'.
