Uttarakhand DGP Ashok Kumar while talking to ABP News said that 'due to the breaking of the glacier, the Raini power project was completely washed away and Tapovan tunnels were also damaged. People have been rescued from the small tunnel yesterday. Efforts are being made to open the big tunnel the debris of the tunnel is being taken out.'
