Uproar Likely in Parliament Session Today, Watch Video To Know Why Opposition May Corner Government

18th Lok Sabha: In the second week of the first session of the 18th Lok Sabha, debates and sharp exchanges between the NDA government and the opposition are expected. Today, Monday, July 1, both houses will reconvene. Discussions may cover issues such as the NEET paper leak controversy, the Agnipath scheme, and inflation.

According to reports, the debate on the motion of thanks for the President's address will be initiated by BJP MP Anurag Thakur, followed by Bansuri Swaraj, who is a first-time MP from the New Delhi Lok Sabha seat. The Lok Sabha has allocated 16 hours for the debate on the motion of thanks, which will conclude with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's response on Tuesday.
