Understanding Police Amendment Bill and related ruckus in Bihar Assembly

The Bihar Assembly has hit the headlines for all the wrong reasons. The Budget Session of Bihar Assembly has been underway and tomorrow is the last day. Ahead of it, there was an uproar in the house and the Chief of Vidhan Sabha was stopped from moving out of his chamber. Post this, the security personnel pulled the protesting members back and in this many were injured.
