Students express joy en-route home in special trains
Indian Railways has started special trains for stranded migrant workers, students, pilgrims and others. There are guidelines and rules under which the operation has been undertaken. Not all people are allowed to travel on these trains. The state government is also giving permissions accordingly. Protective measures are being taken care of.
