The state Human Rights Commission has issued a notice to Mumbai police and the administration of Cooper hospital in Mumbai over the entry of actress Rhea Chakraborty inside the mortuary. The actress had spent 45 minutes inside the mortuary along with the body of Sushant Singh Rajput
