Shiv Sena wants oath ceremony to take place on November 17 which is the death anniversary of Bal Thackeray. Once Uddhav Thackeray had promised his father that one day, Shiv Sena's CM would be there and now it seems that the dream would come true. This is why November 17 is being suggested by Shiv Sena
For now, the leaders are meeting Governor of Maharashtra to prove majority and hence form government in the state
