Sheohar 'chai waala' wants PM Modi in centre, change in Bihar | War Palatwar

ABP News team was in Bihar's Sheohar today and the locals were asked about the issues they were facing. They told how infrastructure was never developed properly, roads were not constructed nicely, and that there were potholes. Most of them demanded change.
