Sabarimala: Door Reopens, Women Still Can't Enter
The doors of Sabarimala Shrine situated in Kerala were reopend on Saturday. Few women tried to enter but could not get darshan and went back. A temple member said that when we explained few rituals to the women while entering sabarimala, they themselves declined to enter and went back.
According to Supreme Court, women of all age can enter Sabarimala. However, the judgement and hearings of petitions have been referred to the higher bench.
Thousands of devotees reached temple on Saturday.
