S Jaishankar on India-China standoff: Situation is serious
External Affairs Minister, S Jaishankar, broke his silence over the India-China standoff in Ladakh. He said that the situation was serious and required some detailed conversations on political level.
Earlier, amid stand-off between India and China shots were fired along Line of Actual Control (LAC). As per Indian Army, the action was taken to foil the transgression bid by the Chinese troops. This was a warning fire from the Indian side in order to tell China to remain in their boundaries.
