RS Krishnaiya asks protesting Delhi police officials to resume work

Joint Commissioner RS Krishnaiya asked the Delhi police officials to call off strike and resume work. He assured that the required action will be taken and that the demands would be heard. Earlier, Constable Karan Yadav posted at Mehrauli police station was roughed up by a group of lawyers outside Saket court on Monday. FIRs were registered after a day since the incident. In a video that quickly went viral on social, lawyers were seen assaulting the policeman who was riding a bike.
