Punjab: Spat between ministers & chief secretary increases

A heated argument between Punjab's council ministers and state's chief secretary Karan Avtar Singh broke out in the cabinet meeting on Saturday over excise revenue generation. The spat between the two parties has now increased. The council of ministers said from Chief Minister Amarinder Singh that from now onwards they will not come to the cabinet meeting if chief secretary Karan Singh will be present. Watch the report.
