Patna Update: Khan Sir’s Coaching Centre Remains Closed After Attack

A day after the alleged attack on the coaching institute of Khan Sir in Patna, the coaching center remained closed due to security concerns. Hundreds of students gathered outside the institute in the Musallahpur area after arriving for their regular classes, only to find that operations had been suspended. Khan Sir appeared from a balcony and appealed to students to return home, while a heavy police presence was deployed around the premises. Many students expressed support for Khan Sir and demanded stronger security arrangements. Some alleged that the attack was aimed not only at the educator but also at the future of thousands of students who benefit from affordable coaching. Traffic congestion was reported in the area due to the large gathering. Meanwhile, police continued investigating the previous night's incident, in which vandalism and an assault on a security guard were reported. While Khan Sir alleged that 10–12 rounds of firing took place, police stated that no evidence of gunfire has yet been confirmed and that CCTV footage is being examined.
