The President has administered the oath of Protem Speaker to Bhartrihari Mahtab. There is a possibility of noise in the Lok Sabha during the session due to the appointment of seven-time MP Bhartrihari Mahtab as the temporary speaker (pro tem speaker) of the lower house of the parliament. Apart from this, the opposition can loudly raise the issues of inflation, deaths due to extreme heat and irregularities in the conduct of recent examinations. The Central Government on Friday (June 21) canceled the CSIR-UGC-NET examination.
