Nissan To Launch Compact MPV And Creta Rival With Patrol Like Design

This suv would be the sibling of the upcoming new Renault Duster too which again has not been confirmed yet for India. The other product is Nissan's version of the Triber

Nissan has revealed new plans for India including a new Triber based MPV along with a Creta rival. We already knew that it will be bring an affordable ev and a compact SUV while now we get a first look at the SUV. Interestingly the SUV has design details inspired by the Patrol SUV. The design is imposing for sure while this compact SUV will rival the Creta while expected to be only available with a turbo petrol with no diesel being expected.

 

This suv would be the sibling of the upcoming new Renault Duster too which again has not been confirmed yet for India. The other product is Nissan's version of the Triber which will have a different design to some extent while the shape is similar to a Triber. Expect this 7 seater compact MPV to also share the engines with the Triber. Both of these products will come to India by FY 2025.

 

 

The Creta rival would be an important product while it will have lots of rivals, the SUV has a Patrol like design which would be it's key stand out factor. These new products will fill some much needed gaps in the Nissan portfolio and will give another suv for Nissan above the Magnite.

 

 

The Creta rival which would be a 5 seater will also have a 7 seater version of the same which would be coming in later after the launch of the 5 seater.
