Outsiders won't prefer coming to Delhi
When questioned whether outsiders will prefer coming to Delhi or not they strataway said no. The penalty for violating the Odd-Even traffic movement rule has been doubled this year by fixing it at Rs 4,000 as compared to the previous editions of the scheme. According to report on air quality and noise on Diwali 2019, prepared by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), the lower pollution may be attributed to cumulative effects of ground level actions and introduction of green crackers in the market and favourable meteorological conditions.
