Our university shouldn't be politicised, says JNU VC
While speaking to ABP News, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) Vice Chancellor Jagdish Kumar said that the university should not be politicised.
JNU has been tense since January 5, after groups of masked miscreants descended on the Sabarmati hostel on campus and assaulted students and some faculty members. The pro-Left students and right-wing ABVP have been blaming each other for the violence.
Violence swept the Jawaharlal Nehru University campus on January 5, as several masked individuals thrashed students and teachers inside the campus with wooden and metal rods.
