Nitish Kumar may take the oath as the Chief Minister of Bihar on Bhai Dooj which falls on 16 November. No decision has been taken on the cabinet yet. The NDA won a majority in Bihar elections by winning 125 seats, but Nitish's party Janata Dal-United (JDU) was able to win only 43 seats.
